SCHEDULING EVENTS 
Knights' Quest can support many types of events:

Church events, either internal or for Community Outreach.
Parents' class during Vacation Bible School.
Professional training/CEU certification.
Public or Private School PTO Events.
Conventions, Conferences, Camps, or Assemblies
Corporate "Brown Bag Lunches" 

Depending upon the particulars of the event, Seminars may be scheduled with as little as
3 weeks’ notice, although Knights' Quest recommends 6 weeks, or more.  Current year date availability can be checked via the Scheduled Events page.

SEMINAR COSTS 

The cost of holding a Seminar is composed of three components:

SPEAKING FEE(S):
  Knights' Quest' utilitzes a sliding scale based upon host size in an effort to make our programs available to the most families & organizations. 

TRAVEL EXPENSES:
Normal and customary travel expenses such as transportation, meals, and lodging. When multiple events are conducted on a single trip, expenses are divided among the various hosts.  Estimates are automatically provided upon finalization of event particulars. 

SEMINAR FEE:
          A small per-family admission fee is required for some events.  This fee includes all seminar materials, with updates.  

SPECIAL PRICING IS AVAILBLE FOR:
     Mutliple events
     Combined Hosting (multiple churches, etc.)
     Seminaries and Universities
     Public and Private Schools
