Keeping up with the spiritual threats posed by technology and dealing with the damage that it often causes is a daunting task. Knights' Quest offers consulting services to churches and other organizations.

ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTING
Knights' Quest offers two types of consulting services to churches and other organizations:

PREVENTATIVE SERVICES

Our preventative services can help an organization address the threats posed by technology before a crisis or scandal erupts. The types of services available include, but are not limited to, the following:

Staff training on the technologies and methodologies in use by pornographers and predators. Training also includes Bibilical instruction on resisting temptations posed by the Internet. This uses the SEX, KIDS, & THE INTERNET™ - For Professionals program.
Security assessment of the organization's IT system(s). This includes network, work station, device, and entry-point threat areas.
Congregational training via the SEX, KIDS, & THE INTERNET™ - For Parents program.
Assessement of the organization's Policies and Procedures.
Development of an organization-wide program to address the related areas of Internet safety and Biblical purity, to include 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year plans.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT SERVICES

It is a fact of life that some churches and organizations are going to experience the pain of a leader or other staff member having a moral failure, often with some connection to technology. Sometimes it is helpful to have someone from outside the organization come in to help staff and congregtion deal with all the many emotions and (unfortunately) accusations that these failures often generate.

The benefits Knights' Quest's crisis management services include:

An "out-of-towner" does not carry the burder of prior relationships with staff and congregation and can be perceived differently by church members (i.e. "Staff members shoulda known!"  "They are just sticking together!" "This is just staff politics." etc.)
Training and counseling with affected staff, to include the appropriate actions to take.
Training and counseling with other staff.
Helping the congregation understand and deal with the failure in a Biblical and Christ-honoring manner, and not emotionally and "from the hip".
Guiding the congregation to an awareness of their own vulnerabilities, and planning preventative actions.
Evaluation and update of Church policies and procedures that may have bearing on the situation at hand.
Assistance in dealing with the media, if requested.
